This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Healthcare investor to grow to Partner level over time.

The location is flexible, with a strong desire for office presence 1-2 days a week in the south of the Netherlands. What the job involves

The person will source, evaluate, execute, and manage investments in innovative companies within the Med Tech, Life Sciences and Digital Health sector.

You will be a key part of the fundraising team, contributing to capital-raising efforts and maintaining investor relations, with the goal of raising a dedicated Health/Life Sciences fund.

• Deal Sourcing: Identify and source investment opportunities within Med Tech, Life Sciences and Digital Health
• Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investments, evaluating market potential, technology, team capabilities, intellectual property, regulatory pathways and financial performance
• Investment Execution: Lead the negotiation, structuring, and execution of investment deals, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Portfolio Management: Provide ongoing support to portfolio companies, monitor performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks
• Fundraising: Contribute to the goal of raising a dedicated Health/Life Sciences fund
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare investment memos and performance reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability
