Location: Longburn, Palmerston North
Role: Production Supervisor
Available shift patterns:
Shiftone: Rotating 4 on 4 off roster, 6 am to 6:30 pm, flat rate $35.55
Shift two: Rotating shift pattern consisting of day shifts and afternoon shifts (5am - 2.30pm) and (1.30pm to 11.15pm) $35.55 plus shift allowance

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and standards.
Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes and resolve issues.
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics.
