Job Description:
Summerset Prebbleton is looking for an energetic Activities Coordinator to join the team at our vibrant village!
About the Role:
As the Activities Coordinator you will plan and facilitate a programme of activities and exciting events for our residents, providing quality resident support, managing vulnerable residents and communications with families.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Delivering exercise programmes, regular outings, sporting and recreational events
  • Taking an active interest & providing input into the overall look and feel of the Village
  • Effectively leading and participating in activities as needed
  • Being the main point of contact for many residents in the Village
  • Providing excellent customer service to all residents, families and visitors.
This is a permanent, full-time role working 40 hours per week including one weekend day.

Qualifications:
About You:
Ideally you will have experience in events, hospitality or aged care, but more important to us will be your genuine love for all kinds of people from all walks of life.

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest & passion for people
  • A good level of fitness will prove useful for delivering the best exercise programmes
