Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
We are seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Activities Coordinator to plan, coordinate, and execute engaging student recruitment activities and events. In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders and individuals to enhance our student recruitment initiatives and create meaningful connections.

To excel in this role, you will bring the following experience and skills:
The Future Students Team is responsible for UC's student recruitment, including both domestic and international recruitment.

Mōu | Who You Are
To excel in this role, you will bring the following experience and skills:
- Proven experience in stakeholder consultation and engagement
- Background in event management or coordination
- Strong administration background
- Previous customer service experience
- Project management experiences
- Understanding of basic marketing concepts
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading and speaking
- Valid New Zealand full driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
- A commitment to our organization's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
