This role can be based in Auckland, New Zealand, or Sydney, Australia.

The role will be partnering with the Maximus and Juice brand team to deliver best-in-class media and content solutions.
The role will also be responsible for the management of agency relationships across and collaboration with brand teams to build capability and consistency.
This is a 20 hours per week part-time role.

Key responsibilities include:

• Partner with the Maximus and Juice brand team to create strategic and inspiring media and content briefs in line with brand strategy.
• Collaborate with and manage agency partners to deliver best in class media and content solutions via 12-month media and content plans.
• Manage agency partners day to day, to ensure delivery of our objectives. Co-ordinate agency reviews and be the Marketing lead on any new agency pitches.
• Facilitate collaboration and learning across the media specialist cohort, keeping up to date with industry topics.
• Build knowledge and capability in the team, ensuring best practice.

• Proven experience in strategy, planning and buying media in a media agency or equivalent media role.
• Client or agency management experience.
• Strong stakeholder management skills .
• A passion for media and social platforms.
• Familiarity with campaign evaluation metrics.
• Budget management experience.
