The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage a portfolio of high-profile commercial fit-out projects. You will be responsible for delivering end-to-end project management, from gathering client requirements to overseeing construction management and final handover. You’ll be confident in client-facing roles, leading meetings with senior stakeholders, and managing project teams to deliver exceptional results on time and within budget.

The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years’ experience in the construction industry, specifically with commercial fit-outs
• Proven track record of managing high-end fit-out projects in New Zealand
• Excellent client-facing skills with strong communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience in project programming, tracking, and using relevant IT tools
• Ability to manage teams including quantity surveyors, site managers, and construction managers
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive project deliverables
• Enthusiastic, consultative, and solutions-focused with a collaborative mindset
