What's on Offer:
- Big Projects, Small Teams: You’ll be working in small, tight-knit teams on large-scale projects from start to finish, offering you hands-on experience and visibility over the entire project life cycle.
- Diverse Work: As a generalist, you’ll be exposed to a variety of civil engineering tasks, from detailed design through to site inspections, giving you the opportunity to broaden your skillset.
- Fast-Track Your Career: Our strong focus on quality design and practical experience ensures our engineers are well-positioned to become Chartered quickly.
- Exceptional Mentorship: Work alongside over 20 Chartered Engineers and gain invaluable experience from some of the best in the business.
- Produce high-quality civil engineering designs using Civil 3D/12D and Auto CAD.
- Manage projects to ensure they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Engage with clients, contractors, and councils to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Conduct site inspections and manage contractors.
- Mentor and train graduate engineers.
- 2-5 years of civil engineering experience, ideally in land development.
- Strong design skills with Civil 3D and Auto CAD.
- A relevant tertiary qualification (BE, NZDE, BEng Tech).
- A passion for problem-solving and delivering quality outcomes.
- Willingness to visit sites and work hands-on with contractors.
- A massive pipeline of work means no two days are the same.
