Your main responsibilities will include:

• Innovative Solutions: Generate new ideas to enhance our software offerings.
• Client Engagement: Serve as a key contact, introducing clients to our energy market platform and offering expert advice.
• Requirements Gathering: Identify client needs and align them with platform functionalities.
• Operational Support: Assist in customizing business processes and provide on-site support as needed.
• Technical Adjustments: Make minor software configurations or collaborate with developers for complex adjustments.
• Workshops: Conduct training sessions on our platform and industry-related topics.

Skills and experience sought include:

• Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Studies
• Knowledge of the energy industry and its regulatory landscape.
• Experience in software modeling, relational databases, and PL/SQL.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel within New Zealand.
