Your main responsibilities will include:
- Innovative Solutions: Generate new ideas to enhance our software offerings.
- Client Engagement: Serve as a key contact, introducing clients to our energy market platform and offering expert advice.
- Requirements Gathering: Identify client needs and align them with platform functionalities.
- Operational Support: Assist in customizing business processes and provide on-site support as needed.
- Technical Adjustments: Make minor software configurations or collaborate with developers for complex adjustments.
- Workshops: Conduct training sessions on our platform and industry-related topics.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Business Studies
- Knowledge of the energy industry and its regulatory landscape.
- Experience in software modeling, relational databases, and PL/SQL.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
- Willingness to travel within New Zealand.
- Competitive Salary: Performance-based pay within a range of $90,000 - $100,000.
