The role reporting to the Butchery Manager will be able to demonstrate:
- A butchery trade qualification/ knife hand /Apprentice
- Previous Butchery experience within the retail environment
- Ability to learn and work independently.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Be a team player.
- A passion for customer service
- Be able to comply with our health and safety and food safety programme's.
- An excellent work ethic
The desire to improve performance, achieve targets and succeed in a demanding environment is vital.
