CHECKOUT MANAGER


We are seeking an experienced Checkout Manager to run our largest team and have been patiently waiting for the best applicant to come through - is this an opportunity you have been waiting for?
Within New World Kumeu, we want to create awesome experiences and ensure our customers feel valued. We achieve this by providing fast, efficient, and friendly customer service. We know our customers want quality, variety and value and there is a demand for premium products and knowledgeable service.

Our ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous Checkout Manager experience, preferably in a NZ supermarket
  • Experience with checkouts, cash handling and customer service
  • Experience working with staff rosters
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Valid Managers Certificate (Liquor License)
  • Experience with Lotto NZ is a plus
  • Applicants will need to be a New Zealand citizen or resident and/or be in possession of a valid work permit.
