Cold Store Administrator

We’re looking for a dedicated individual to join our Cold Store team. The role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours as needed. This is a salaried position.
In this role, you will:

Oversee the finalisation of internal and external stock movements for on-time delivery.

Manage documentation and online forms for goods movement, ensuring timely and precise processing.

Supervise truck drivers, coordinate schedules, and act as a backup driver when necessary.

Support the Cold Store team with administration and consumable management, ensuring everything runs smoothly and within budget.

Serve as a contact for NPD and Marketing teams for sample supply requests.

Participate in health and safety initiatives, hazard management, and safety programmes, ensuring compliance with company safety policies.

Accurately report and record incidents, stocktakes, and stock adjustments.

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Previous experience in logistics or cold storage operations.

Commitment to health and safety regulations and active participation in safety initiatives.

A team player with the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Champion process improvements in order to meet efficiency gain and cost saving targets.
A satisfactory pre-employment drug test and a physical medical assessment will be required to be considered for this role. Applicants must have legal entitlement to live and work in New Zealand.
