Your Role:

We are on the lookout for dedicated Customer Support Specialists to embark on a full-time or part-time fixed-term journey with our Auckland team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the compass that guides our guests to holiday bliss. You'll solve puzzles, weave connections, and ensure every guest's story is one for the books.
Your Quest:

Deliver exceptional service that turns trips into tales.
Navigate customer challenges with creative, tailored solutions.
Forge strong bonds with suppliers for seamless experiences.
Be the map and compass of New Zealand's wonders.
Juggle tasks with precision and a smile, even under pressure.

Your Toolkit:

A background in contact centres? Great! Not a deal-breaker.
A customer-first compass and a knack for navigating needs.
Flexibility to work when adventure calls, including weekends.
Do you speak several languages? French, German, Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus.
Calm in the storm and resilient by nature.
