ABOUT THE ROLE


Located within our Mount Maunganui office, our Customer Service team provide both inbound and outbound support. They are committed to:

• Creating memorable experiences for our customers by providing exceptional support
• Processing orders and identifying ways to make it easier for our customers to do business with us
• Taking ownership of queries received from our core customers through our various communication channels including undertaking outbound calling
• Maintaining accuracy of customer master data
Proactively engage with Ballance customers, building rapport and maximising opportunities around sales

ABOUT YOU


You don't need to be an expert to start with us as we are committed to providing full training. If you have a customer services background and know what it means to give really good service, then we are keen to hear from you if:

• You have a can-do attitude and a flexible approach
• You work well in high pressure situations - the busyness energises you!
• You thrive on challenge and change
• You have high attention to detail, proven customer service skills, and excellent communication
You have experience in a customer services type role
