Damages and Undeliverables Officer | Fixed term

• Fixed Term part time till February 2025
• Location: 40 Jomac Place, Avondale
• $26.84 per hour paid fortnightly
• Tuesday to Friday 0730 to 1600, Saturday 0800 to 1100

As a Damges and Undeliverables Officer based in our Avondale branch, you get to showcase your excellent customer service skills, to both internal and external customers, to actively resolve customer enquiries in a professional, efficient and timely manner. You will proactively process all damaged parcels through the system, this is primarily an office based role with some heavy lifting.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in customer service, excellent communication skills and have a natural ability to work well with clients and colleagues to provide additional service at all times.
