About the Role | Mō te Tūranga
As a Digital Designer, you will be responsible for creating exceptional user experiences and have a keen eye for design. You will play an important part in supporting our marketing teams with creative assets that extend the digital experience of our Everyday Rewards brand.
This is your chance to make a genuine impact and design a world class digital loyalty experience! You will be:

Creating and delivering high-quality digital designs across a range of touchpoints, prioritising mobile and user experience.

Producing and optimising designs for marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency with the overall brand and member experience.

Developing and maintaining the digital design system and assets for a cohesive member experience.

Take designs from initial concepts to final UI and visual designs, iterating rapidly along the way

Collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

Working with external agencies to optimise co-branded digital experiences.

Communicating design decisions effectively and incorporating feedback.

Ensuring designs are accessible and user-friendly.

Continuously improving design processes and tools.
About You | Mōu
If you're passionate about creating exceptional experiences, compelling campaigns and have a keen eye for design, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
You will bring in:

5+ years experience in digital design within a customer-focused commercial environment.
-
Experience in developing digital branding/style guides and working with existing brand creative.
-
Strong understanding of design principles and their application across digital channels.
-
Ability to anticipate user needs and incorporate them into designs.
-
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
-
Experience in Agile delivery, and strong problem-solving and communication skills.
