End to End Solution Architect

We are now looking for a Solution Architect who will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and developing commercially viable end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and business needs. The role entails driving both short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson by closely collaborating with the Core 3 team to translate customer needs and technological opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions, and proposals. You will also support Consultants during the requirement analysis and high-level design phases.
What you will do:
- Be responsible for defining the scope and designing solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solutions.
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis.
- Work with the core team on a list of potential activities and solutions.
- Develop technical presentations and proposals, and deliver customer presentations.
- Support the deployment of solutions.
- Provide feedback to R&D.
- Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing.
- Stay abreast of new technology/technical areas and share information about solutions to enable customer competence building.
The skills you bring:
- Domain experience: EPC (Evolved Packet Core), 5GC (5G Core), and Core Network.
- UDC and IMS experience is a plus.
- Hands-on experience in Packet Core, Policy, Signaling, and strong troubleshooting skills in these areas.
- Expertise in Ericsson's policy and compliance requirements, with the ability to ensure that all solutions align with corporate standards and customer-specific guidelines.
- Proficiency in IP networking, including deep knowledge of protocols, routing, and IP-based services.
- Experience in technical roles is required, e.g., experience in network design, implementation, and operational support.
- Solution Architect candidates will be assessed according to the following tracks: Domain, E2E Expertise, and IP knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team in sophisticated and demanding engagements.
- Self-motivated, able to work under pressure, and capable of independent learning.
- Innovative mindset, with the ability to think critically and provide creative solutions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, both written and spoken.
