We are looking to expand our team by hiring two skilled and reliable Floor Applicators to help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
Position: Floor Applicator (2 Positions Available)
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating applications, ensuring high-quality and durable results
• Mix and apply various floor coatings, including epoxy, polyurethane, and other specialized finishes
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently to meet project specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards
• Communicate with clients and team members to understand project requirements and timelines
• Inspect finished work to ensure it meets Kiwi Specialist Coatings Limited’s quality standards

Key Requirements:

• Qualification and work experience requirements: Candidate should have either one of the following:

- NZQF Level 4 qualification or equivalent OR;
- at least three years of relevant experience.

• Previous experience as a Floor Applicator or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiarity with various floor coating materials and application techniques
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Ability to follow safety protocols and work within a team environment
• Reliable, with a good work ethic and commitment to high standards
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including lifting and standing for extended periods
• Relevant trade qualifications are an advantage but not essential
