He angitūtanga: The Opportunity
The Auckland Council Geospatial Team is seeking an expression of interest for systems specialist across the Geospatial team.
We are looking for a talented Geospatial Systems Specialist who is comfortable managing geospatial software environments at the platform level, including ensuring the proper administration of security policies and procedures, planning and executing upgrades, and developing best practice for administration, user experience and access.
We are a leading organisation in the field of GIS and spatial analysis, dedicated to providing innovative products, data, systems, and solutions for a wide range of stakeholders. Our team consists of highly skilled and experienced professionals who are passionate about using GIS technology to make a positive impact in the Auckland region. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment, where our employees can grow both personally and professionally.
The key focus for the Geospatial team is the continual improvement in the scope, quality and management of the geospatial products, solutions, data, systems, and processes. You will be applying your experience with the Esri and Safe product suite, using industry best practices, to assist, maintain and support the Geospatial platform.
Additionally, you will contribute to successful customer outcomes, providing quality advice regarding the use of our technology, data and techniques to solve business problems.
