• The day-to-day maintenance and repairs of our buildings including doors, flashings, roofing, painting, water leaks etc
• Managing small building/roofing projects.
• The upkeep of our grounds, gardens, lawns, roads and drainage.
• Completing core compliance actives, inventory management and documentation control.
• Operating EWP’s (Knuckle booms, scissor lifts) and forklift operation including advance operation (man cage).

• A trade background of building, roofing, painting or plumbing.
• Have a strong self and time management skills.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Be adaptable while also remaining calm under pressure.
• Be physically fit.
• Have a basic level of computer skills across the Microsoft applications.
