About the role

As an HSEQ Advisor, you will be central to our safety department, handling audits, safety reporting, and improvement initiatives. You'll identify non-compliance areas, conduct investigations, and implement strategic safety improvements. Working closely with the HSEQ Manager and various business units, you'll facilitate management of change activities and promote a culture of safety and quality. This role offers a platform to support the implementation of HSE Management System policies and procedures.
About you
You possess a keen eye for detail and a passion for safety and quality. With proven experience in a similar HSEQ role, your expertise in conducting audits, investigations, and developing improvement plans is unparalleled. You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and have a solid understanding of Safety Management Systems and HSEQ legislation. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office and your ability to develop and deliver effective workplace training set you apart. Key Required Skills
- Extensive experience in HSEQ roles and conducting audits and investigations
- Proficiency in trend analysis and development of improvement action plans
- Strong understanding of Safety Management Systems
- Proven ability in developing and implementing safety and quality procedures
- In-depth knowledge of HSEQ legislation and standards relevant to contract activities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in delivering workplace training and assessment programs
