We are needing a Key Account Support to join our team in Auckland!

What you will do:
- Main day-to-day contract contact for the largest compliance contract in New Zealand
- Attend and present at all the client monthly review meetings
- Responsible for all client contract invoicing, etc.
- Complete the allocated administration of the account customers in an accurate and timely fashion associated with the management of current customers
- Foster internal relationships with the relevant roles throughout the business
- Provide reporting as required by Clients agreements
- Process and request Purchase and Work orders for clients as required
- Provide data input of all required client information into allocated systems
- Provide, File, lodge and or produce Compliance documentation as required by allocated clients
- Complete invoicing procedures within required levels and time frames
- Maintain client communications around the day to day activity as per client requirements
- Provide administration support to the team
How you will do it:
- First point of contact for our valued customers
- Establish and foster relationships with both external and internal clients
- Communicate with people at all levels
- Providing accurate and reliable administration support
- Business Administration qualification preferred but not essential
- Minimum of 3 years outbound customer service and/or sales experience
- Previous Administration experience
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office
- Broad business experience preferred (not essential)
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Efficient and impeccable customer service for new and existing clients
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills to juggle multiple expectations
- Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Mastermind would be a distinct advantage
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels throughout a large organisation
