About the Role
Join our dynamic team as an LPG Bulk Planner, where you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe delivery of LPG. This exciting position offers the opportunity to optimize logistics operations and contribute to our commitment to best-in-class service.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and route jobs daily to optimize operational efficiency for bulk delivery trucks (road tankers and bobtails) contractors, and ISO movements.
Monitor stock levels at LPG suppliers and manage uplifts to suit operational needs.
Track driver progress and deliveries, ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Provide drivers with essential information and updates on delivery instructions and conditions.
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver information, and vehicle maintenance.

About You
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for logistics and customer service.
Key Experience and Skills:

3+ years' experience in a dispatch/planning or related logistics role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience using planning and dispatch tools.
Diploma in logistics, transport, distribution, or supply chain, or experience in operational logistics.
3+ years' experience in a dispatch/planning or related logistics role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a good understanding of health and safety practices in logistics.
