With a reputation for excellence in providing service and support to our customers, Cushman & Wakefield is a market leader in Facility Management and Facilities Service delivery. We have a genuine commitment to continually strengthen client relationships and raise the bar in terms of customer service and delivery outcomes.

  • Senior Facilities Manager.
  • Facilities Manager.
  • Asset Co-Ordinator.
  • Customer Service Personnel.

About the Roles:
  • Building and maintaining effective relationships with our clients and suppliers, which involves regular communication and collaboration with our Facilities Management team, internal Trade Services Divisions, and our extensive subcontractor network.
  • Working as an integral part of our Facilities Management team to effectively and efficiently manage both reactive and planned property maintenance, ensuring that all jobs are completed in a timely manner and within budget.
  • Achieving contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including attendance and completion times. Your role will be key in monitoring these metrics and proposing improvements when necessary.
  • Providing excellent technical solutions to our clients, leveraging industry knowledge and innovative practices to ensure optimal operations and maintenance of facilities.
  • Developing and maintaining a positive client relationship, being proactive in understanding their needs, and ensuring that our services exceed their expectations.
  • You will be tasked with creating and enforcing best practices around safety and compliance within facilities — ensuring that all organisational policies, as well as local regulations, are adhered to. You will play a crucial role in strategising and implementing plans for facility improvements and upgrades, ultimately enhancing workplace productivity and the environment.

About You:
Our ideal person will have a strong background in Facilities Management, preferably in an outsourced environment. You should possess a comprehensive understanding of commercial and industrial facilities maintenance, along with experience in overseeing diverse vendor relationships. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build trust and effectively represent our company's values.

You are well-organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Leadership experience is a plus, as we value those who can mentor and guide junior members of the team. Technical proficiency with various property management software systems will be an advantage and enhance your effectiveness in this role.
