You have demonstrated your ability to handle recruitment, onboarding, training, rostering, and leave management, ensuring that team performance aligns with organizational goals and safety standards.
• Quality and Improvement Focus: A strong focus on quality initiatives and continuous improvement, with experience supporting audits, evaluations, and event/complaint management processes. You are committed to implementing and enhancing quality systems that ensure excellent patient care and align with best practice standards.
