Mental Wellbeing Practitioner
Togetherall is currently recruiting for licensed Mental Health Practitioners – including social workers, psychologists, counsellors, psychiatric nurses and other licensed mental health mental health professionals. They are the foundational support that ensures safety, engagement and anonymity of members alongside their person-centred emotional and psychological assistance.
This role will be a remote/home-office set-up.
Key Responsibilities
Mental Health Practitioners are experienced in supporting emotionally or psychologically vulnerable adults to manage their own distress. You will provide empathetic support and encouragement online through listening, questioning and engagement. You will convey complex and emotionally sensitive ideas through written content.
Candidate Profile
- You are a currently licensed mental health provider
- You are experienced in working with risk, understanding risk mitigation and escalation, and respecting professional boundaries
- You have the ability to remain calm and make clear decisions under pressure and to manage graphic content without judgement
- You are available for a minimum of two 6 hour shifts a week, with some flexibility to cover weekend shifts (because our service is 24/7, we are able to offer flexible working patterns)
