We are looking for an allrounder, who can work the Trade Drive-Thru. This role will ensure interactions with our Trade and DIY customers happen seamlessly, assisting them with any requirements and queries, keeping the drive-thru stocked, merchandised and tidy within the trade department.
You will bring;

• A focus on customer service
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Good multi-tasking skills and ability to learn and understand new products
• Ability to problem-solve and maintain high customer standards under pressure
• Good numeracy skills
• A very strong attention to detail and accuracy
• No restrictions on lifting products and be physically fit and capable
• Knowledge of building supply products is advantageous, but not a requirement if you are willing to learn
• Possession of a forklift licence would be highly desirable, but is not a requirement

We have full-time and part-time opportunities which will include one weekend day. There is flexibility on the shift hours and days worked.
Should the successful applicant seek additional shifts there may be other opportunities to work some week days and there would also be ad hoc opportunities to fill-in as cover.
Applicants must be an New Zealand citizen, resident or hold a current open work visa for New Zealand.
