About You:
For this position we are looking for Trade Yard Assistants and Forklift Operators who have:

• Enthusiasm and team spirit;
• A passion for customer service excellence;
• Good time management;
• A quick and alert mind, with the ability to adapt and be flexible;
• Willingness to learn;
• Excellent communication skills.
• Confidence in building relationships with a range of customers from one off DIYers to Key Account Customers;
• Must be physically fit as the job requires lifting.
• Experience in timber and building products would be an advantage
• A Full Driver's License is preferred

Previous retail experience and/or experience within a trade environment will be viewed very favorably, as will forklift capability and an F Endorsement. The hours will be determined by roster that will include one weekend day. While initially based out of the Westgate store, once trained this role could be based out of Henderson with the ability to work across both stores as required.


About the Role:
You will be responsible for:

• Providing the highest level of Customer Service at all times
• Assisting within our yard putting away stock, picking orders, loading customer vehicles, and to provide product advice
• Operating a forklift

We have the following position available:

• 1 x 40 hour position (Sunday - Thursday)
