Job Description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join AVANI Metropolis Auckland Residences as our Night Guest Service Agent on a Part time basis.
Key Responsibilities include:

Welcome and check in guests after hours
Communicate professionally
Make bookings
Assist guests during their stay

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel or customer service environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service skills and an unwavering positive attitude
The ability to successfully provide a high level of customer satisfaction
Professional presentation essential
Availability to work 10pm-6am on a rotating roster, may include weekends and public holidays for a minimum of 2x nights per week.
