About the role:
The purpose of this exciting role is to ensure the efficient running of the UP Education Office and provide effective administrative support to the Property Team. This role will also provide assistance to the Executives and Senior Leaders of UP Education Group as required. You'll be working in a warm, vibrant organisation, alongside a team of like-minded and dedicated individuals. Office Administration
- Ensure our office is well-stocked - stationery, kitchen supplies, gift card vouchers and other office supplies
- Serve as point of contact for Corporate Traveler, mail couriers, building maintenance and other service providers
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail for our Ponsonby Office
- Issue new staff with printer cards, Parkalot swipe cards
- Provide administrative support to the property management team including maintaining spreadsheets, preparing reports as needed
- Organize catering, morning teas, and other team/company events as required
- Calendar management, credit card expense coding, travel booking, binding reports, event planning, coffee runs for Board Meetings and any other support as required
- 1-2 years experience in an office administrator/coordinator role in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up new systems
- Strong MS Excel skills
- A passion for excellence and a commitment to be the best
- High levels of energy, sound judgement and determination to achieve with a sense of urgency
- Impeccable accuracy and strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively multitask and a willingness to learn
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, changing priorities, and on your own initiative
- Take responsibility for decisions and outcomes
- Excellent written and oral communication.
