Operations Manager
As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of all operational aspects of the business. You will play a key role in
ensuring that our maintenance services are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This position requires a strong leader who can manage a diverse team, coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and maintain client relationships.
You will require to sucessfully demonstrate a combination of experience, a positive attitude towards the role, excellent communication skills, and an effective business plan.
Tasks Include:
● Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of maintenance services.
● Manage and lead a team of on ground team, supervisors, and administrative staff.
● Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve
efficiency and service quality.
● Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project
completion.
● Maintain and enhance client relationships, promptly addressing any concerns or issues
● Coordinate with the sales team to understand client needs and ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
● Conduct regular performance reviews and provide training and development
opportunities for team members.
● Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
● Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for
improvement.
● Manage inventory, equipment, and supplier relationships to ensure operational
readiness.
Qualifications:
● Level 5 in Business Management, Operations, or a related field (preferred). Or
● Proven experience as a Administrator or Manager or in a similar role
● Strong leadership and team management skills.
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
● Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.

Other requirements:
  • Must be physically fit
  • be able to pass the drug test (if applicable)
  • be able to drive in New Zealand legally.
  • be able to follow the Health & Safety instructions.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours and at the weekends.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
Supplementary Pay:
  • Performance bonus
