The purpose of the BSC Administrator, Accounts Payable Processing (AP Processing) is to support Accounts payable operations as part of the New Zealand Business Service Centre to a consistently high standard and in accordance with The Downer Standard, key Global Solutions (systems) and Service Level Agreements (SLA).

- JDE/SAP or similar ERP as a user (1+ years – advantageous, not essential)
- Data entry experience (preferred)
- Stakeholder management exposure.
- High volume data entry environment, preferred Share Services (not essential)
- Excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills
- Effective interpersonal, consulting, persuading and negotiation skills.
- Effective time management skills.
- Demonstrate The Downer Finance Capability Framework based on individual level
