Accounts Payable (Travel & Expense) Processing Officer

The purpose of the Accounts Payable(AP) Travel & Expense Processing Officer is to support Accounts payable operations as part of the New Zealand Business Service Centre.

  • JDE/SAP or similar ERP as a user (1+ years – advantageous, not essential)
  • Data entry experience (preferred)
  • Stakeholder management exposure.
  • High volume data entry environment, preferred Share Services (not essential)
  • Excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills
  • Effective interpersonal, consulting, persuading and negotiation skills.
  • Effective time management skills.
