This position reports to
Co E Team Leader
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to guide and/or support Research and Development (R&D) teams by actively providing solutions and process standards to prevent defects. Each day, you will ensure that products and systems are delivered as per the desired quality. You will also showcase your expertise by extending the guidance/support through the phases of the development process to ensure that the results of each phase adhere to the defined quality standards and meet target dates and budgets. The work model for the role is: Onsite #LI-Onsite This role is contributing to the Power Protection Product Group in Napier, New Zealand. You will be mainly accountable for: •Defining, planning, leading, driving, coordinating, and/or executing all appropriate quality assurance activities. •Assembling quality assurance activities into a coherent and coordinated plan along the project development phases to ensure the R&D outcome is predictable and meets requirements for quality, scope, timeliness, and cost. •Ensuring appropriate management of sub-suppliers. •Encouraging and helping R&D employees to develop skills in Lean 6 Sigma and utilizing related tools during product development.Qualifications for the role
- Degree in Data Management
- Have established in Microsoft 365 Power Platform , SAP and Microsoft Office business software applications
- Knowledge of Python, Power Query, Lean Six Sigma principles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- You are at ease communicating in English
