Refrigeration Test Technician

Our client is Australasia's leading manufacturer of premium commercial refrigeration technology. They currently have an opportunity in their prototype testing department for a Refrigeration Testing technician. This Role would be best suited for someone who has worked in a manufacturing environment before and has great attention to detail. Specific refrigeration Testing experience is not essential as you will be trained on the job.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

- Loading prototypes (fridges) into their custom-built test room - testing is done to ensure that the prototypes meet food safety standards eg testing temperature controls

Receiving test results via Excel and saving these results into files
Using hand and power tools from time to time
Setting up specific tests to be completed
Some lifting may be involved

Hours - Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Riccarton Location
6 Months role - (potential to stay with the business longer)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Reliable transport
Good work history/proven reliability
Moderate knowledge of Microsoft office/excel
Good attitude and ability to work with others
Physical fitness
