Position: Client Happiness Officer (Registered or Enrolled Nurse)

Salary & Wages:

EN: $30 - $35 per hour,
RN: $40 - $45 per hour
paid fortnightly. Working hours may vary from 5 to 40 hours per week, depending on your client portfolio.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and qualified Registered or Enrolled Nurse to join our team as a Client Happiness Officer (CHO). This unique opportunity offers 100% work-from-home flexibility, allowing you to bring your healthcare expertise to a customer-facing role without the need for onsite work. As a CHO, you will play a vital role in ensuring client satisfaction, loyalty, and well-being by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional support.
Your nursing background will be invaluable in understanding the specific needs of our clients, many of whom may require assistance related to health services. You will collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experiences, making sure clients receive top-tier care and support.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs.
Address client inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and chat.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the client experience.
Provide empathetic and tailored solutions to client issues, ensuring high satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Stay updated on company policies and services, using your healthcare knowledge to offer optimal assistance.
Proactively provide feedback on customer service processes to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

A Registered or Enrolled Nurse qualification, or a Diploma in Nursing, is required.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proven experience in customer service or a similar role, with an understanding of healthcare needs.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain relationships.
Experience with CRM systems and MS Office.
Ability to stay calm and courteous under pressure, especially when handling complex client needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Experience with NDIS or Home Care Packages is highly advantageous.
