• Key Responsibilities:

-Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
-Manage inventory, restocking, and ordering to ensure product availability.
-Train, mentor, and supervise staff to deliver excellent customer service.
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
-Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet sales targets.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Conduct administrative tasks, including scheduling, reporting

• Qualifications and Experience Required:

-Proven experience in retail management, preferably in a specialty store.
-Strong leadership and communication skills.
-Ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
-Knowledge of vape products is an advantage but not mandatory; training will be provided.
-Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules.
Must hold knowledge of the vape /vape industry
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Casual, Graduate
Pay: $23.20 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
