Part Time Sales Associate – Queenstown, NZ

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, customer-focused team member to join us in our Queenstown store. Work alongside your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience through elevated store standards, high level product knowledge and styling advice, and a genuine love for the R.M. Williams brand.

What you will be responsible for:
- Providing an exceptional customer experience by welcoming and equipping all customers with product knowledge, expert advice and a memorable store experience
- Assisting the Manager and team in maintaining a high level of visual presentation within the store
- Striving to deliver on sales & wages targets and KPIs through delivering exceptional customer service and solutions-focused product recommendations
- Delivering on all operational requirements of the store, including replenishment, housekeeping, remerchandising, endless aisle fulfillment and repairs and care
- Acting as an R.M Williams brand ambassador at all times
What we are looking for:
- A genuine love of providing exceptional service to customers
- At least 1 year of experience working within a retail or hospitality business in a fast-paced environment
- A strong drive for meeting and contributing to sales targets through a focus on service and selling
- Ability to learn quickly and develop exceptional product knowledge across our range of fashion, footwear and accessories
- Excellent communication skills
- Commitment to learning and delivering on all operational requirements of the role
- A passion for working positively and collaboratively as part of a team
