Senior Business Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within the digital marketing landscape (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, etc.).
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and aligning our services to meet their goals.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, working closely with the marketing and account management teams.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging digital marketing tools to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare and present tailored proposals and contracts that address client needs, aligning them with our digital marketing services.
  • Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as networking, partnerships, cold outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to ensure successful client onboarding and campaign execution.
  • KPI and Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on business development activities, providing insights on progress toward sales targets and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a digital marketing agency environment.
  • Understanding of Google Ads, Analytics, and other marketing platforms.
  • Existing network of clients or industry contacts.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
