Senior Marketing Manager - Light RTDs

This is a rare and exciting 12-month contract role for a Senior Marketing Manager to cover parental leave, heading up our Light RTD portfolio. With a NZ specific portfolio, the role gets to lead innovation and creative development, including the potential for new brand development. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer that thrives on owning the full marketing mix.

Light RTD’s holds an important role in our portfolio, being an engine room of growth for the Asahi NZ business. This role is the champion and voice of the Light RTD portfolio and will drive organizational alignment and support for our portfolio plans to ensure we deliver or exceed our portfolio budget and MTP objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement our annual innovation and activity plan for LRTD’s, partnering with sales, trade marketing and category teams.
Work with Marketing Operations and Innovation Teams to set clear expectations and timelines for projects and provide coaching and feedback to build capability.
Input into NZ brand level consumer research including strategic brand projects and NPD concept testing.
Lead the MVP Commercial planning process for LRTD’s, working cross functionally to unlock growth, develop our brand plans and commercial calendar activities
Develop creative assets for brands as required, that are distinctive and effective in building brand equity and growth.

About You
Looking for an individual with demonstrated cross-functional communication abilities and exceptional communication skills. Ability to effectively manage a variety of projects driven by many internal stakeholders.

Marketing Manager experience working with a portfolio of brands within the FMCG industry.
Proven project management experience.
Excellent understanding of marketing best practice and brand development.
Innovation and creative development experience is highly desirable.
