Job Description
Come join our amazing Infrastructure Large Projects team and be a part of the pioneers in energy transition.
  • Planning the project and ensuring milestones are achieved and resources optimised
  • Achieving project margins, identifying problems with cost and time implications, and taking corrective-action as required.
  • Carrying out all required company and contractual reporting correctly and on time.
  • Ensuring good governance in respect of all legal, regulatory and compliance requirements.
  • Ensuring continuous improvements occur within the Omexom Management Systems.
  • Assisting Project Managers from other areas in the recovery of poor performing contracts.
  • Managing, developing, and mentoring staff performing a variety of roles at various levels.
  • Re-estimating labour to complete the job at the end of each month.
  • Ensuring all variations are identified, submitted, and authorised by the client.
  • Ensuring that both Omexom and the client comply with the Contract Agreement.
  • Presenting monthly progress claims correctly and on the due dates.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Hands on experience in electrical and construction project management.
  • Possess core project management & estimation skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of current regulatory and industry requirements.
  • Knowledge of industry contracting procedures and contract law.
  • Must have attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with customers at all levels.
