Why does this role exist?
Due to our recent growth with an influx of new clients and increased workload, we are looking to expand our team by recruiting for this new role to support our expanding operations.
What am I accountable for?
You will be a key member of the SEO Team and will contribute to making In Marketing We Trust the best digital agency in the market.
You will be hands-on across the strategy and execution of your clients’ projects within a friendly and professional remote environment with the full support of our talented Growth team.
  • Work across a variety of clients within the Agency
  • Provide deliverables that align with working towards client’s KPI’s and challenges
  • Perform SEO keyword research
  • Research and analyse competitors' landscape
  • Report on technical SEO performance
  • Perform technical audits of web properties to identify issues inhibiting organic success
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking, and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords
  • Analyse site backlink profiles, coordinate outreach and implement link-building campaigns
  • Identify internal linking optimisations
  • Present in-depth findings and results to various stakeholders on at least a monthly basis
  • Identify opportunities for and help build automated processes
  • Lead full-cycle SEO initiatives for our key clients
  • Contribute to and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) based on previous performance and future strategy.
How will I be measured?
  • Individual Client Utilisation - 80%
  • Expansion Opportunities - 2 per client per year

  • Meeting/ Exceeding Client KPIs - 80%
Who will I be working with?
  • For each project, we form a team called a Pod - each Pod has a Pod Leader (Account Manager/Project Manager), and 1-2 specialists.
  • This role requires client-facing meetings, with the involvement of the client's Internal Marketing team.
  • Other members in the SEO team.
What knowledge and skills do I require to be successful?
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in all areas of SEO
  • Excellent understanding of modern search engine algorithms and ranking factors
  • Good Technical SEO Background
  • Experience with leading third-party SEO Tools (like Semrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Botify, Screaming Frog, etc.)
  • Experienced Google Analytics 4, GSC user
  • Ability to compile and analyse search data and metrics for making data-driven decisions
  • Good communication skills: for client interactions, solution presentations, QBRs
Extra Points If You Have
  • Project Management & Resources management
  • Stakeholder management skills and experience, strengthening the relationship with clients will also be your responsibility (of course, with the Project Manager)
  • Experience with large enterprise accounts/websites (websites with at least 100k pages, at In Marketing We Trust, we have clients with 1.5M - 7M pages)
  • Any work experience in the field of SEM, PPC
  • Been integrating AI into your SEO work processes
