Key Responsibilities
Store Operations:

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company standards.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

Staff Management:

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff to ensure a high level of performance and customer service.
• Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of labor.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

Customer Service:

• Ensure a high standard of customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Implement and maintain customer service policies and procedures

Sales and Marketing:

• Drive sales by implementing promotional activities and merchandising strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and develop action plans to achieve sales targets.

Financial Management:

• Manage store budgets, including controlling expenses and optimizing profitability.

Health and Safety:

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including training staff on safety protocols.
• Address any safety issues and maintain a safe working environment for staff and customers.

Qualification/Experience _ Ideal candidates should have either relevant qualification ( Business Level 4 Certificate or Diploma ) or 3 years experience in a similar role

Days required: Rotating roster, including weekends
Hours per week: 35 to 40 hours per week
Hourly Pay: $29.66 - $31 per hour
