Mō te tūnga | About the role

We are on the lookout for an experienced Administration Support person to support our busy Criminal Justice Support Unit (CJSU) in Tāmaki Makaurau. The role is fixed term unit June 2025, based at Federal Street, Auckland City.

The role will be responsible for a range of tasks including;

Data and Reporting – utilising Microsoft Excel

Triaging and assigning of emails

Communication with internal and external stakeholders

General office administration duties and support to ensure efficient day to day running of the office

Key Accountabilities:
High level of attention to detail and ability to work proactively

Strong Microsoft Office skills - Excel knowledge and experience are a must

Ability to plan, prioritise and organise work for self/others.

Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

Utu ā-tau | Salary

This position is covered by a collective agreement and salary will commence between $69,337 and $72,430 dependent on skills and experience relevant to the role.
