RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and motivate a team of roofers.
• Measure materials for accurate ordering.
• Install roofing per National Building Regulations and supplier guidelines.
• Track and solve roof leaks and address design issues.
• Identify and report contract variations.
• Collaborate with clients, prioritizing excellent communication.
• Ensure project safety, specifications, quality, cleanliness, and workmanship.
• Complete assigned metal roofing tasks.

YOU ARE A PERFECT FIT IF YOU HAVE:

• 5 years of metal roofing or related trade experience.
• Experience measuring and quoting jobs.
• Comfort with trade-based phone applications.
• A customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and deadline-driven work ethic.
• The ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively.
• Reliability, honesty, and a willingness for early starts.
• (Highly regarded) Site Safe, First Aid, EWP, and Working at Heights training.
• Valid Full Class 1 Driver Licence.
• NZ Residents/Citizens and be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
