Commercial Site Supervisor (Fixed term contract until April 2025)
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join our growing team. Due to a robust project pipeline, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to a commercial project here in Auckland. You will have extensive experience of commercial construction projects with a strong emphasis on safety.

The Role:
You will be responsible for all aspects of site management, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. This includes:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction site, prioritizing safety, quality, schedule, and budget.
• Monitor work progress, ensuring adherence to high standards and safety procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site workers.
• Liaise with the project management team to achieve project objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years' experience as a Site Supervisor.
• In-depth knowledge of Building regulations and safety procedures.
• Proven ability to manage and supervise commercial projects
• Unrestricted rights to live and work in New Zealand.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will have a well-rounded skillset encompassing all aspects of construction site management.
