- Demonstrate technical and practical experience on roading projects.

- High standards in asphalt quality control.
- Ensuring that the schedule is progressed in a timely manner by utilising the correct resources for the job.
- Lead and manage a team of roading specialists.
- Ensure the method of high-quality and innovative of your roading experience comes through in your work.
- Contributing and developing your teams in a professional manner.

- You are a go getter and have vast experience in managing roading projects.
- You have extensive knowledge of asphalt and compaction.
- You have management skills and know how to get the best out of your team.
- You love to be hands-on and share your knowledge and experience with your team.
