Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As the Enrichment Programme Team Leader, you will guide a dedicated team in creating and delivering activities that support students throughout their undergraduate journey.

You will be responsible for the successful development and delivery of Enrichment programme content, in alignment with the universities and the DVC-A strategic priorities for student success at UC. You will also represent the Enrichment Programme work to external funders.
The team leader will fulfil the role of Senior Coach, working with more junior staff to develop coaching practice that ensures students can establish goals, identify resources and opportunities, and then collaborate to produce actions and behaviours that lead to successful academic outcomes.
Mōu | Who You Are
To be considered you will have experience working in an educational setting, effectively leading, coaching and developing a team. You will also have:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and/or a postgraduate qualification in psychology, social work & coaching, or a similar field.
  • Experience working with external funding agencies and other key stakeholders.
  • Experience with Pastoral care and case management.
  • Experience in developing and managing enrichment programmes or similar initiatives.
  • A track record of designing and implementing strategies that align with institutional goals and drive student success.
  • A proven record to turn around academic outcomes through impactful programme delivery.
  • Experience leading large-scale events is beneficial.
