Team Manager Purchasing Services

If you've said "Yes" then this is a great opportunity to lead the team in purchasing services, and support users of MSD's Finance Management Information System.You'll need to be someone who thrives on the success of their team and lets others shine. Your team have a broad and diverse range of skills and experience and this will excite you and challenge you.

Day-to-day you will be:

• Providing procurement and purchasing expertise and guidance to your team and the wider business
• Providing staff with clear leadership and direction in line with the Commercial Operations Group's strategic direction
• Developing and implementing capability skills assessments of the team
• Completing all management activities such as recruitment, induction and performance issues
• Planning and prioritising purchasing services
• Monitoring trends to identify improvement opportunities
• Developing and maintaining strong effective working relationships

NB: This great role is based at our National Accounting Centre in Rotorua.

Salary range: 120,870.00 - $150,416.00
