Timber Sawmill Operator

We’re on the hunt for a committed Timber Mill Operator to join our team
Primary Duties:
- Operate and oversee machinery and equipment within the Timber Mill.
- Sort, stack, grade, and package timber products.
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
- Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality benchmarks.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery as needed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
- Experience operating machinery, ideally in the timber or manufacturing sectors.
- F endorsement and OSH certificate are desirable but not essential.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
