Timber Sawmill Operator

We’re on the hunt for a committed Timber Mill Operator to join our team

Primary Duties:
  • Operate and oversee machinery and equipment within the Timber Mill.
  • Sort, stack, grade, and package timber products.
  • Comply with all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality benchmarks.
  • Conduct routine maintenance on machinery as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets.
Qualifications:
  • Experience operating machinery, ideally in the timber or manufacturing sectors.
  • F endorsement and OSH certificate are desirable but not essential.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
  • Reliable transportation to and from work daily.
