Trolley Assistant - Part Time

New World Devonport is looking for a Part Time Trolley Assistant to join our Checkout Department.
We are looking for a candidate who is customer focused, friendly, outgoing, who enjoys helping people, reliable, physically fit, can work under pressure in a fast paced environment, excellent team player and who can work outdoor and would not mind the hot, cold and wet weather.
Tasks include:

Collecting trolleys from the car park and ensuring adequate trolleys are available for customers
Assisting customers to take their purchases to their cars as required.
Maintaining the trolley bays and surrounding car park and ensuring all rubbish is cleared away on a daily basis

New World Devonport is a 100% kiwi owned and operated store under the Foodstuffs franchise. Our mission is “To be New Zealand most loved grocery experience”. We endeavour to reward our customers with a satisfying shopping experience and to deliver the freshest fresh food always.
The hours for this role are:
Monday : 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
Sunday : 9:30 am - 7:00 pm
Full training will be provided however previous experience is an advantage.
All applicants must have NZ residency or a valid open NZ work visa.
